[gecode-users] compilation without cygwin

Hi,

Thank you, but I don't think so.
I'd like to compile the gecode itself. In Section 2.6.2 it is mentioned,
that "For Windows, we require Cygwin environment...", but I'd like to
compile gecode without it.
