It's been removed, you should use rel now.

That's currently not possible at all.  It is also not very helpful  
most of the time, as the constraint that detected failure may have  
done so only because some other constraint restricted a variable  
domain in a way the user did not plan.  I.e., if your model is  
incorrect, it will most of the time not be the incorrect constraint  
that causes failure.
