[Gecode] Kill name virtual methods...

The subject says it all: it like to get rid of this. It had been ment for
debugging but I actually never used it, as it is not good enough anyway.

If we would like to have something like that we should use a more
informative scheme which works together with output streams (such as a print
method) anyway.

If nobody screams (Gabor? Guido?) I'll remove it.
