[Gecode] count propagators won't build

Hi!

It seems some recent change broke the count propagators, at least for gcc:

../int/count.hh: In instantiation of `Count::IntLe<IntVar, ConstIntVar, 
Count::RelEq<IntVar> >':
count/post.cc:33:   instantiated from here
../int/count.hh:106: error: base `Count::IntLq<IntVar, ConstIntVar,
   Count::RelEq<IntVar> >' with only non-default constructor in class without 
a constructor

(and some more similar errors)

Any ideas?
