[Gecode] Autoconf: incomplete, works, how?

We tried it yesterday, with Linux and Cygwin, but I'll check again...
Here is what you usually have to do:
* check it out from CVS
* make -f Makefile.cvs to generate the necessary files
* ./configure
* make all
* cd examples
* make all
