[gecode-users] floatvars for Gecode 2.1.1

Hi all,

so here is a more-or-less complete implementation of FloatVars for 
Gecode 2.1.1:

- Propagators: binary relational, binary arithmetic, linear
- Reified propagators: binary relational, linear
- 2 customizable branchings

Note that you'll need to patch and rebuild Gecode (see contents of the 
zipfile).

There is no integration with IntVars yet, and the support of 
serialization is not complete. As always, there's lot to improve, but 
it's good to release early to get some feedback.
