yes, for now this seems to be the problem:
>cl /EHsc queens.cc or >cl /clr queens.cc returns fatal error: can not 
>include gecode/kernel.hh ..

for develeopment environment it should be adding extra folders from options 
menu but in command line I checked the argument list to specify the header 
files folder not succeeding.
