Subject: [Gecode] License and Authorship

Dear all,

an important decision to be taken is which license should be used with
Gecode. In discussion with Guido we went basically for the Mozart license,
for your information please find it attached.

Another important issue is about authorship. Here I have been always
dissatisfied with how things were run with Mozart. Here Guido's and my
proposal is as follows:
	- An author of a file is somebody who at one point in time has
contributed more than 10% percent
of the lines to that file.
	- A contributing author is somebody who has contributed more than 2%
but not exceeding 10%
        (measure of contribution as above).

I intend to automatize the generation of headers: years, authors,
contributing authors, the statement of lack of liablity will all be
generated automatically from the information in the CVS.

I want that the following people agree to this by sending an okay to me:
	- Christian (which I do)
	- Guido (which he does, no Email needed)
	- Gabor
	- Gert (as Gert provides the resources for Guido and Gabor)

Is there anything you want to add to that? The please do so as early as you
can.

Cheers
Christian
