Fine.  This I think is the best way to
handle it, and the standard one anyway.
The default interpretation is that the
institutions of the developers support
the development, in particular through
the persons listed as developpers.

I agree.  The problem with the consortium 
is that it is closed, more or less.  This
is in conflict with Gecode's goals.

To make my point clear: I insist that the
institutions supporting the developpers
can say that they develop Gecode.
