[Gecode] CVS compile problem, friend class Variable without template

Hi Christian.

In core.hh, class Propagator is declared friend of class Variable. Now that 
Variable is parametric, this doesn't compile (does it work on Windows???). Is 
there anything you forgot to check in, or is there a fundamental problem? (We 
can't make Propagator parametric, it may depend on more than one Variable 
type!)
