[Gecode] Autoconf: incomplete, works, how?

Guido & Gabor,

how I am supposed to pull the autoconf stuff off. I tried and failed.

What I want you to try is the following:
 - Go to a virgin directory, check out Gecode and build it (and seee it
fail?) Please also do it on Cygwin
 - Put proper .cvsignore files everywhere
 - Add what is missing, or tell me what to do
