[gecode-users] Gecode 5.0.0 released

Hi Carlo,

no idea why I assumed you were using Mac OS, sorry about that!  I’ll add the switch to the default options (possibly with a configure switch to turn it off for older compilers).  For the time being you can simply pass CXXUSR=-std=c++11 when you invoke make instead of patching the Makefile.
