[gecode-users] Updated Windows packages for 4.4.0

Dear all,

I just uploaded new Windows packages for Gecode 4.4.0 that fix problems with
using Gist (fixing the error message "This application failed to start
because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows"").
