well the principle was: just make them general enough so that it works for
the cases we use in Gecode... Do you want them more general than that?

is there a design principle that guides the decision to parametrize
Int::Rel::EqDom with two view types, but Int::Rel:Nq with only one?

or why set propagators use IntViews but don't allow for other kinds of
integer views?
