It's trying to find Gecodej.dll, which should be installed in <Program  
Files>/Gecode/bin (I assume you're using the Windows installer  
package).  I think that directory should be on the PATH already, I  
guess you'll have to put it on the java.library.path as well (using  
the -D switch you suggested).
