I changed Iter::Ranges::Diff so that it compiles with cygwin's gcc.
This will be part of Gecode 2.0.1.

There was one bug causing problems with static linking that I had
already fixed, but I found another today. Both are fixed in the trunk
version of Gecode, and the fixes will be part of 2.0.1.
