[gecode-users] FloatVars update

Dear all,

here is an update of FloatVars for Gecode 2.1.1.

Changelog:

- Basic support for reflection and serialization. This has not been 
tested at all!
- Assignment branching was added. See Gecode::Float::Assign_minmax().
- Some cleanup and small fixes here and there.

As always, you're welcome to experiment with the code, and you're highly 
welcome to ask for help and report bugs! (Anyone who tries to fix a bug 
will be tortured of course.)
