Again, please follow the instructions on our web page.  In particular,  
you'll see that we only support the Microsoft C++ compiler for Gecode/ 
J under Windows, gcc does not work.

You'll have to point PKG_CONFIG_PATH to /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig (or  
replace /usr/local with anything you specify as --prefix in  
configure).  This only works if the pkg-config tool was already  
present when configuring Gecode.

We plan to provide binary packages for 64 bit Windows with our next  
release.  The release is planned for next week, but the 64 bit  
binaries may come a few days later.
