[Gecode] Updated tarballs?

We have been quite busy reorganizing some things. You can find new tarballs 
there now, but please be aware that the build system as well as some internal 
stuff has changed.

As we do not want to provide real unlimited anonymous CVS access right now, 
this is technically impossible at the moment. I hope the tarballs are good 
enough for now, and I think we'll set up anonymous CVS or SVN access sometime 
during the next weeks.
