[Gecode] Please keep the conlevel argument...

Hi Patrick,

welcome to the club of Gecode contributors. I just happened to read through
your checkin comments.

Please always keep the consistency level agrument, even though you only have
bnds consisten versions: this will making interfacing to Gecode much simpler
(think of a modelling language where one is allowed to annotate entire
expressions by conistency level). So, keep and ignore ;-)
