[Gecode] Header of C++ files fixed

Dear all,

as promised, I just fixed the header of all C++ files in gecode. Please
check whether you want to correct some stuff manually by yourself (maybe if
you are listed as author or contributing author but don't feel that way).

The alice-stuff is not tagged with it as this is will not be part of gecode.

What still is required is that all the other files (Makefiles, autoconf
stuff) are also added with the same header. Guido, Gabor could you please do
that for the non msc stuff?
