[Gecode] Bugzilla

Hi!

With the help of Thorsten I have set up a bugzilla system for Gecode. It is 
available under
http://www.ps.uni-sb.de/gecode/bugzilla

You will need a login/password to access it:
login: "gecode"
pwd: "pr.p.g.t." (that is "propagate" with all the vowels replaced by a ".").

You can then use bugzilla the usual way. If you have any comments or 
suggestions, please tell me.
