[Gecode] GCC and Windows....

I just tried to have a smaller sets of exports on windows. However this
doesn't do the job.

In summary, the libraries compiled with gcc are worthless as they run TEN
TIMES SLOWER! As I have no clue what all this autoconf nonsense is actually
doing, I also have no clue how I can look at what is going on (I cannot even
build .s files with the nonsense Makefiles).

Any idea?
