Some changes seem to break the build on Linux: We get undefined symbols.

money-dom.o(.gnu.linkonce.t._ZN5Money6ScriptC2E8conlevel+0x40): In function 
`Money::Script::Script[not-in-charge](conlevel)':
../kernel/array.icc:60: undefined reference to 
`IntVarArray::IntVarArray[in-charge](int, int, int)'

and others. Do you know what's going on here?
