[Gecode] Succeded with DLLs

Dear all,

after two days of fiddling I managed to get DLLs to work under Windows with
MSVC. Now it should be easy to do the same with gcc (both cygwin and mingw).
Nice enough, it is absolutely straightforward, the problems I had to solve
where so stupid (a declaration without the DLLEXPORT was always processed
before the one with the export as I screwed up the order in which the
headers were included).

But on the other hand I am quite confused with the automake and other
issues. Separate mails.
