[Gecode] Moving the CVS

Done.
The new CVS root is
cvs.gecode.org:/services/gecode/CVS

The sources are in the gecode module, an index.html is in the web module ;-)

I hope all went well - Of course I haven't removed the old CVS yet. Please try 
out the new one and tell me if everything is ok.
