What's the license status of the file parallel.hh and the contents of the
parallel directory? The comment at the top of those files only says that Morten
Nielsen is the author, but nothing about the license. He's not listed as an
author at http://www.gecode.org/gecode-doc-latest/PageLic.html either.

As far as I can tell they aren't used by anything in gecode. grep paraller . -r
found no mention of them from other files.
